Before I go into the energies coming through for this weekend, I received some guidance to remind everyone how these readings relate to the ‘Creative Heart’.
For me, the foundation of the creative heart is embodiment—your body as an expression of spirit, of divine love flowing through you.
When I work with tarot and oracle cards, the wisdom that comes through helps to make seen the ‘unseen’, the unseen of the spirit word as well as the unseen of our subconscious and psyches. The readings also help us live in connection to the natural rhythms of life on this beautiful planet. The readings help us access our intuitive, inner knowing—our Spirit. And when we are connected to earth, our bodies, our spirit, and our hearts, WE CAN LIVE IN THE CREATIVE FLOW, and in turn invite in greater ease, love, and magic!

For this Weekend Energy Update, I turned to one of my very favorite decks: The Wisdom of Avalon Oracle by Colette Baron-Reid.
THE CARDS:
THE SERPENT Knowledge and healing, shedding skins to invite new energy. Integration of new learning.
DEATH Transformation, change of attitude, ‘all that dies fertilizes and fortifies the new’.
RESTRICTION Bondage of circumstances and mind.
BONUS CARDS:
PROTECTION Shining your light, your divinity, as protection from outer threats.
BURDEN What burdens are you carrying? Are they actually yours to carry?
THE CAT Healthy boundaries, independence.
The theme for the weekend is TRANSFORMATION!! It’s time to shed, to let go of outmoded ways of being, so that we can invite in more light and vitality. Out light is our protection. Review the areas of your life and the ways of thinking that might be restricting you. Are you carrying burdens that aren’t yours to carry. Time to set boundaries, so that you can fill up your cup! Your light and vitality are your protection. So recharge this weekend, nourish the body and let go of the burdens that aren’t yours, so that you can go into next week replenished!! In letting go—in death—there is always rebirth.
Gratitude and counting our blessings are a powerful portal into releasing the restrictions of mind and circumstances, so this weekend is also the perfect time for your gratitude practice.
